Chris came out face timed me showed me the system explained exactly what needed to be done and provided multiple options with explanations of why and what the options meant. enough information to compare apples to apples. Chris is the most caring, respectful, thorough, knowledge, compassionate, reliable, professional, business owner that I have ever met. His customer service is outstanding. I give him an A++++ rating if there is such a thing. And he deserves more. Top Tech Air will be my go-to A/C repair! Ruddy was a great technician. The quote/estimate was fair! They save me a ton of $ with freon charges.
The other big A/C company who installed it and I have a warranty wanted $415 for the 1lb of freon and then $215! I’m so glad I didn’t go with them.
Highly recommend Top Tech! They delivered top-tier service with fair and honest pricing.

What can I say! My A/C was no longer getting cool and was causing frequent headaches and uncomfortable nights. I called and spoke with Taisha who was extremely pleasant and was able to squeeze me in for an appointment the very next day!
Chris came over promptly and immediately got to work. He was very professional and really knows his stuff. Turned out to be a simple fixed and saved us $$$$.
Unlike other AC technicians who always looking for ways for you to spend more money, this was the total opposite! By far the best experience I’ve had and looking forward to using them in the future!
